2. Go to SendMe Mobile YouTube page and post your video entry as "video response" to their video titled SendMe Mobile Ringtone Video Contest.
3. Send an e-mail to ringtonemoments@sendmemobile.com including the following information: First Name, Last Name, Address, Telephone #, Date of Birth, Email Address.
