competition entry form and click
on 'ENTER'.

Rule:

1. Only one entry per person per monthly competition permitted.
   Duplicates are deleted.
2. The Judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered
   into on any decision.
3. Entry into the competition is subject to the completion of the
   entry form.
4. All competition winners will be notified within five working
   days by e-mail.
5. The winning competition prize can not be substituted for cash.
6. Closing date for competition entries will be on the last day
   of every month.
7. Any jewellery alterations will be at the individuals own cost.
8. Bonus
   points are issued to runners up in the competition. These can only be
   credited to a person who is an account holder. Bonus points can not be
   substituted for cash.
